Pet Policy
- Dogs welcome! Clean, well-behaved dogs only (no cats).
- $10 per dog per night.
- Dogs must remain on leash while on motel grounds.
- Complimentary waste bags are provided. Please clean up after your pet.
- Dogs may not be bathed in guest room tubs or sinks.
- Housekeeping will not enter rooms if a dog is present unless the owner is also present.
- Pet owners are responsible for any damage or accidents caused by their pets. Please report issues promptly to avoid charges.

- Ogunquit Dog Park – Fenced, shaded, and a short drive from the motel.
- Payeur Preserve – Wooded trails, great for a leashed nature walk.
- Marginal Way – Paved ocean walk with incredible views (on-leash required) (Sept–Mar)..

- Footbridge Beach – Closest to our motel. Dogs allowed off-season (Sept–Mar).
- Ogunquit Beach – Leashed dogs permitted off-season (Sept–Mar)..
- Gooch’s Beach (Kennebunk) – Dogs allowed before 9am & after 5pm in summer.
- Wells Beach – Great for off-season strolls with your dog on leash. In Season after 5pm, before 9am
- Long Sands Beach (York) – Morning/evening access in summer, full access off-season.
- Drake’s Island Beach – Quiet, uncrowded, and follows Wells Beach pet rules.
- Fort Foster (Kittery Point) – Beaches and trails. Entry fee applies.
